About Joanna Parker-Lentz

Before Joanna Parker-Lentz held her high school diploma in hand, she knew she wanted to be a real estate agent. After watching her stepfather work in the fast-paced, exciting field of real estate, she found her passion. But this passion was rivaled by her childhood dream of becoming an actress.

Following her dream to work in theatre, Joanna graduated from college with a Theatre degree. She pursued her first love – the love of acting – and started to promote herself as a talent in New York. Her career quickly excelled when she joined forces with another actor and lawyer to open a production company. Together, they produced an off-Broadway show while starting their non-profit theatre company.

Although the experience was rewarding, Joanna’s life evolved to encompass her second passion – real estate. After having children, Joanna wanted to devote more time toward her family so she put her entrepreneurial spirit and experience in acting and sales to work as a real estate agent. She partnered with one of her closest friends, who happened to also be a real estate agent, and quickly established a name for herself on television and in real estate.

Joanna became a featured agent on the hit HGTV show, “Bought and Sold”. Here she put her comfort on screen together with her passion for real estate to showcase her unique talents in the home market.

Joanna’s passion for making new connections and helping others has helped her thrive as an agent. She loves helping her clients find the right home and then going above and beyond to guide them on the path to getting settled in. Each one of her clients starts off in their new home on the right foot through Joanna’s connections to local resources. As someone who arrived in New Jersey not knowing a soul, she understands what new residents need to get settled and to quickly adapt to a new home and location.

Working as a Coldwell Banker real estate agent, Joanna cannot avoid becoming emotionally invested in each client, as well as the community she serves. A natural giver, Joanna has turned her passion for marathon running into a charitable cause. She is involved in several community outreach programs, including Jake’s Ride, and a Team for Kids Foundation for New York Roadrunner where she runs a marathon each year to help raise money for Dystonia and Parkinson’s disease research. She also supports Pediatric Cancer Research through a town wide bake sale.

Charitable giving extends throughout Joanna’s family. Joanna’s singer/songwriter daughter wrote a song about Jake’s Ride. The song was recorded and produced by Joanna’s record label, which she started with her husband, and is sold on iTunes where proceeds are given back to the charity.

With her go-getter attitude, community spirit, and drive to help homebuyers get comfortable in their new home and neighborhood, Joanna has a proven history of exceeding expectations as a real estate agent and providing a superior service to each person she serves.
